Patong Boxing Stadium (Phuket)
Located at Patong Beach itself, Patong Boxing Stadium is famous for organizing real Muay Thai fights every Monday and Thursday night. They have professional boxers fighting it out unarmed in this often-crowded stadium in Phuket. Tickets are available from 1,300 Baht and the fights usually start at 9pm onwards.
Raja Boxing (Krabi)
Claimed to be the biggest boxing ring in Southern Thailand, Raja Boxing truly lives up to its claim. Its boxing ring is massive and is spread across a fairly large location. Raja Boxing hosts Muay Thai fights on every Monday and Friday nights at 9pm onwards. The evening always kick start with some junior rounds before the main fight starts so this means it is rather a late night affair. There are foods and drinks for sale along the ring side so you can snack on while watching the heart-pumping fights.
Bamboo Bar (Krabi)

Phra Ae Stadium (Lanta)
Phra Ae Stadium is one of the three stadiums in Koh Lanta that hosts regular Muay Thai competitions. During high seasons, the competitions occur no every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. The fights are real and involves professional boxers sometimes coming from other provinces. Tickets are available and you can easily check and get them through your hotel (check with frontdesk).
